100% Verdicchio aged in Georgian Qvevri and steel for 9 months and bottled unfiltered with minimal sulfur added. Deep stone fruit, while still being light on its feet with nice texture and a classic Verdicchio note of bitter almond and wild mint. Amazing with anything coming off of the grill.
