Organic Vermentino from sandy old vineyards in eastern Sardinia, hand harvested and wild fermented, then aged on the lees in steel for year until it gets topped up with must from the next vintage and bottled unfiltered before the second fermentation is done. Salty lemons, grapefruit pith and sunshine.
