Vernaccia Tradizionale, Montenidoli 2019 (Tuscany, Italy)

Elisabetta Fagiouli is hands down the best Vernaccia producer. This is medium-full with chalky seashell minerality, herbs and green apple. This one sees a little skin contact—not full-on orange, but leaning in that direction. Totally natural production.
