Vidueño is an old word for a vineyard where different grape varieties are planted interchangeably. All mixed together. This wine is a blend of Canarian varieties of a vidueño: 30% Malvasía Volcánica, 30% Marmajuelo, 20% Listán Blanco and 10% Albillo Criollo. The minerality of the volcanic soil, typical of Tenerife, comes through nicely. It just has a very clear taste. Fermentation in old French oak barrels. This wine is fresh with notes of apricot, tangerine and lemon zest, aromatic and mineral.
