Roughly a 50/50 blend of Grenache and Carignan hand harvested from old vines and wild fermented carbonic for 10 days, then pressed off to tank for a few months before getting bottled unfiltered with nothing added. This is a party in a bottle with smokey dark fruit, but light on its feet and silky smooth. Expressive, juicy, vibrant and beautiful with a little chill.
