Equal parts Nosiola, Moscato Giallo and Verdealbara all from biodynamic vineyards in the Dolomites near Trento. The grapes are hand harvested and left on the skin skins for 6 days and co-fermented in steel, then bottled unfiltered with no sulfur added. Aromatic and fresh with just a little grip from the skin contact. Delicious mountain wine!
