Dopp.io by DO.T.E is a red wine born from the collaboration of Filippo with Marco Durante, Il Signor Kurtz. They tried to combine two different wines and their two different visions, one projected to the future and the other clinging to the past. Two grapes, the Trebbiano di Filippo which ferments spontaneously in stainless steel, 7 days of contact with the skins, and refines in old oak and ceramic barrels for 12 months which is then blended with Marco Durante's Sangiovese, which makes 4 days of contact with the skins, and is aged in fiberglass and demijohn for 12 months.
