A blend of Grenache Blanc and Grenache Noir from Valgrand, pressed slowly over five days, creating a pale, textured wine that straddles the line between rosé and white. Ripe fruit, a touch of oxidative complexity, and a beautifully bitter finish make this as intriguing as it is drinkable.
