Xarel-lo, De Vins el Cep 2020 (Catalonia, Spain)

100% Xarel-lo from a single biodynamic vineyard planted in 1974 and farmed by the Parera family in Penedes. This is made all in steel and aged on the lees for 4 months. On the lighter side of medium bodied, but nicely textured with crushed pear and lemon zest with a zippy finish.
