Made from Jurancon Noir, a native red grape that the Cahors appellation decided to stop recognizing and told people to rip up (hence the name). This comes from 50+ year old vines, wild fermented in concrete and old barrel, then aged in concrete until it gets bottled unfiltered with almost no sulfur added. Racy red cranberry and pomegranate fruit with silky tannins and a clean bright finish. Works great with a little chill and something spicy.
