California wine legend, Wolfgang Weber and rockstar winemaker, Chad Hinds of Methode Sauvage/Iruai, have teamed up to make lighter renditions of classic California varieties.

This is fresh, delicious, and chillable red wine. The fruit is all sourced from organic vineyards and the winemaking is low-intervention, yielding in wines that are alive. Spontaneous fermentation in neutral oak with indigenous yeasts, En Cavale wines are unfiltered and unfined.

Fresh and light bodied, with red berry notes and a subtle woodsy spice.
