70% Chardonnay, 25% Pinot Noir and 5% Pinot Meunier from 20 different Premier Cru plots around Montagne de Reims, blended from up to 50% of reserve wines, aged on the lees for 3 years and bottled with 7g of dosage. All of that adds up to a complex, but approachable, medium bodied champagne with bruised green apple, smoked almond and a chalky finish that won't quit. Serious bubbles.
