Blonde 2019 $28 70% Viognier and 30% Chardonnay hand harvested and fermented whole cluster, then pressed to tank and bottled unfiltered with no sulfur added. It's bottled with a crown cap, but isn't sparkling, although it might have a little fizz at first. Medium bodied and really expressive with musky orchard fruit and a savory streak of wild herbs.
A Toi Nous 2019 $25 90% Syrah and 10% Grenache from old goblet trained vines, hand harvested and half is left whole cluster for a few weeks with the other half getting direct pressed, then it all ages for a few months in tank, then bottled unfiltered with no sulfur added. Juicy and fresh with crushed flowers and wild berries. Serve slightly chilled with spicy food.
