Arbalete and Coquelicots Rouge, Domaine Jean Bapiste Senat 2018 (Languedoc, France)

Jean-Baptiste and his wife Charlotte have been producing the most exciting wines in Minervois for the last 25+ years. This one is a blend of Grenache and Syrah from younger vines made in a juicy and chuggable style, completely naturally in the vineyard and the cellar with no sulfur added. Nice with a little chill on it and perfect for spicy food.
