Biodynamic Grenache blend from Bellmunt, the name of the village in Priorat where the grapes from. Aged in large, old wood casks for 10 months before release. Surprisingly light on its feet for Priorat: still with the big structure you'd expect, but with tart red fruit and a refreshing finish without the aggressive tannins. Drink with lamb.
