The estate was certified organic in 2018. Zest and blossom of lemon, crushed oyster shells, and a hint of spice make up the aroma. Full-flavored, fruity, and persistent. Use as an aperitif or pair with grilled seafood and herbs, roasted poultry, or a plate of fresh cheeses.
