Gamay Noir, Omero Cellars 2017 (Willamette Valley, Oregon)

This is a Loire inspired expression of Gamay from the organic Jubilee Vineyard in the Willamette Valley, made naturally by Sarah Cabot. 15% whole cluster fermentation in concrete with native yeast, then pressed off and returned to concrete to age for 6-9 months. Dark red plum fruit and spice with silky tannins.
