This is a blend of Mencia, Garnacha Tintorera (40% each) and the remaining 20% is made of Brancellao, Sousón and Caíño from organic vineyards planted on Sabrego granite in the Ribeira Sacra hills, about an hour inland from the west coast in Galicia, grown by the team at Cume do Avia. Chillable and chuggable with tart plum and red berry fruit with smoky minerality and a lipsmacking finish. Throw this in the fridge for a bit, but don't serve too cold.
