La Traviesa Granada Tinto, Barranco Oscuro 2020 (Andalucia, Spain)

A blend of mostly Garnacha with some Tempranillo. Farmed organically in very high elevation mountain vineyards (1,300m elevation) over schist and clay soils. Hand harvested, the Garnacha is directly pressed and the Tempranillo is destemmed, all together it macerates for 4 days in tank with indigenous yeasts and then goes through large barrels for 9 months. Unfined, unfiltered, and zero added SO2. Fizzy chilled red with wild berries, cherry and crushed rocks.
