Savory, dry rosé from the Cantalapiedra family, who are practicing biodynamic. 70% Verdejo and 30% Tinto de Toro (Tempranillo), this is unusually expressive. Medium bodied with crushed red berries, flowers and nice acidity. Aged in stainless steel, with no SO2 added.
