Malvasia Sitges "SP", Partida Creus 2018 (Catalonia, Spain)

This is from an old parcel of Malvasia Sitges or Subirat Parent (also affectionately called Sub Par), a special type of Malvasia native to this area, again made all in tank with nothing added. This is laser focused with bright acidity and lean minerality, but more aromatic and a little softer and more tame than the BN above with crushed white flowers and pear and more citrus.
