This 100% Verdejo from old vines’ name means “without a name” and, as Ismael says, “the most important thing about this wine is NOT its name!”. It ferments in 12hl barrels and rests there on the fine lees for 9-12 months before seeing another periodo of elevage, also usually a year, in steel before being bottled with no debasing fining, filtration or added SO2. Light chalky notes with sunflower seeds, lime peel, lemongrass and yellow plums.
