Biodynamic Garnatxa Blanca, partly aged in clay amphorae with five days of skin contact, making this a pleasant entry point into orange wines. Wild fermented, unfined, unfiltered, no added sulfites, vegan. Medium bodied with beautiful texture, but surprisingly fresh and aromatic. Meyer lemon skin, turmeric, beeswax and salt. Very, very good with cheese.
