Touraine Gamay "Jean", Raphael Midoir 2018 (Loire, France)

Organic Gamay from 40+ year old vines just south of Cheverny, made all in stainless steel with native yeast and no sulfur added, but traditional maceration instead of carbonic, so it's a little more serious. Peppery dark red fruit with a zippy finish. This one can go either way, room temp or slightly chilled.
