This is a blend of 40% Alicante Nero (aka Grenache), 25% Mourvedre, 15% Carignano, 15% Sangiovese, 5% Alicante Bouschet all from biodynamic vineyards near the Tuscan coast, everything is hand harvested and fermented separately, some whole cluster, then pressed off to concrete where it ages for 6 months before getting bottled unfiltered with minimal sulfur added. Juicy and fresh with ripe red plum fruit and wild herbs. Throw this in the fridge for a bit while you're waiting for your pizza to be delivered.
