Beautifully made bourbon with a mash bill of 70% Corn, 15% Wheat, 10% Rye and 5% Spelt all grown in Ohio aged for at least 4 years in Missouri oak. Balanced and complex with nice weight. Thankfully still under the radar of the Bourbon Hype Beasts. Really delicious.
